Dusty Weatherly

With over 27 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, Dusty has extensive experience in horizontal well completions and intervention. Currently, he serves as the Owner and Co-Founder of Redtail Energy Services, LLC (RES), where he leverages extensive industry knowledge to drive innovative solutions and operational excellence.

Prior to RES, Dusty held the position of Vice President of Completions and Production at Rockcliff Energy. His career includes key management roles with industry leading companies such as Wagon Wheel Exploration, Nemaha Oil & Gas, Petrohawk Energy, and ConocoPhillips, where he has been instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and fostering collaborative team environments.

Dusty holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
