Stephen Bennitt

Stephen leads the business development initiatives at Redtail Energy Services (RES), where he focuses on driving growth and strategic partnerships. He joined RES in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as an operations analyst at Rockcliff Energy. In that position, Stephen worked closely with the drilling, completion, and production teams, specializing in analytic modeling and data management across all company departments.

Before his time at Rockcliff, Stephen held various technical roles with several upstream operators in the Mid-Continent region, where he honed his expertise in the oil and gas sector.

Stephen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma.
